1. Scope of Work & Deliverables
Hyna Studio agrees to perform the services detailed in Section 02. Any modifications, feature additions, or structural changes to the project scope after signing will require a written and mutually approved Change Order.
2. Payment Terms
The client agrees to pay the total estimated budget structured around specific deliverables. Work will commence execution immediately upon the receipt of a 25% initial non-refundable project deposit.
3. Intellectual Property (IP)
Upon final payment and successful milestone completion, all custom intellectual property rights, application source code, and designed assets will be fully transferred to the Client. Hyna Studio retains standard rights to showcase screenshots in architectural portfolios.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to hold all confidential metrics, software systems, and proprietary business insights shared during this engagement in strict professional confidence. This obligation survives any project termination lifecycle.
